Sivananda yoga is a classical approach to Hatha yoga, it was developed by Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu-devananda. 

A class typically includes relaxation, sun salutations, pranayamas and the 12 basic asanas. 

The method is based on 5 important points of yoga : 

-Proper exercise  

-Proper breathing

-Proper relaxation 

-Proper diet

-Positive thinking and Meditation
